Our Background
One Auto Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd (OAW) was formerly known as One Auto Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd. It was incorporated on 5th May 2004 and the company name was changed to its present name on 26th August 2008.
OAW was originally involved in the fabrication, repair and maintenance services related to the supply of machineries for food packaging industry.
The company is spearheaded by Mr Tan Tiam Peng who has been involved in the packaging industry since the aged of 20. Equipped with vast exposure, knowledge and good rapport with industry players in relation to food and beverage packaging industry, he in 2004 decided to venture into the industry. In 2008, as business growth and realizing the needs for expansion, he decided to realign its businesses by venturing into the food and beverages processing industry as a contract manufacturer. Since than OAW businesses started to flourish as the support of getting orders from its existing clientale based are assured.
The challenges and strong support has thus entails OAW growth to the extend that OAW are currently being reckoned as among the most reputed contract manufacturer for instant beverages and cookies catering for locals as well as export market.
Over the years, OAW realized that being an OEM reliance will limit its growth and attached with it are a dependency business risk in the long run. Thus, apart from being an OEM, OAW had since 2012 started to initiate its own products and patented it under the brand name – “DEARY”.
The initiation of its own product was progressing on a slower scales. The rationale for the action was due to the facts that OAW are still an OEM reliance and with full conscience of the strong support obtained throughout the years in operation besides to ensure and to avoid a sudden set back to its business. As at to date, 30% of our sales are from our own products and is mainly cater for export market. Based on market response, our product are well accepted and we anticipated the sales of our product will increase gradually in the year to come. Our products which are made up of instant beverages and marketed under the brand “DEARY” ranges from Coffee, Tea, Cereal Oat, Pure Grounded Coffee with various flavor, and Cookies which consist of Butter Cookies, Wafer Rolls with various flavors etc.

OAW manufacturing process are under stringent quality control and is in accordance with the food and safety requirements. Hygienic and conforming to Local and International Standards are our priority.Evidently we are accredited with ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP and MESTI certified by our Ministry Of Health. Being a player in the food processing industry, we are also a Malaysian HALAL certified manufacturer in compliance with Malaysia Islamic regulatory requirement on food processing, handling and packaging.
MR. TAN TIAM PENG
Aged 49, is the founder of OAW. He started off his business as a machine repairer for packing machine. Throughout his technical knowledge & business acumen, he started to invent several proto type semi auto machine and managed to build up a strong bonding with its customers. The invaluable rapport that being build up has thus translate into trust among them. Accompanying with more & more knowledge on the food industry and the industry outlook, he decided to venture into the downstream upon obtaining support from them. As a result, OAW are currently being reckoned as a major contract manufacturer in the industry.
Business Operation
OAW is currently having its business operation at two location. Our main manufacturing plant is located at Taman Teknologi Cheng, Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, Melaka while the other manufacturing plant is located at Kawasan Perindustrian Alor Gajah, Melaka.
Both our manufacturing plants are equipped with an advance technology automation and are hygienic compliances conforming to local authorities and international standard requirement. OAW is a halal certified manufacturer.
Our main manufacturing plant here is made up of a double story factory and is presently occupying an area of approximately 57,000 Sq Ft. The plant manufacturing process facilities consist of roasting, mixing, crushing, grinding, sieving, filling, sealing, packaging, QC lab testing etc. The plant business operating activities includes manufactures and to process coffee for its own brands and for OEM.
While our another manufacturing plant is located at Kawasan Perindustrian Alor Gajah, Melaka and is occupying an area of approximately 20,000Sq Ft. This plant is a newly business acquisition which was carry out under our business rationalization programme for expansion. The plant is equipped with semi auto machineries and is engaged in the manufacturing and packaging of cookie products.
